Keko Culture

We believe that the key to staying relevant is staying creative. Our culture is built around empowering creativity in all its forms, across the entire team.

Keko Pride

For Pride this year, and in honour of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, Keko will be raising money throughout July for Stonewall Housing  – an amazing charity that gives safe homes to the LGBT+ community. More information, coming soon!

In the meantime, this is the Keko London team adding their voice to British Vogues’s #IFeelPrideWhen campaign.

The Extra 2%.

Our team are what makes Keko an exciting place to work. So, we give everyone 2% of every week to invest in developing their skills. We find it fosters creative diversity and leads to the most interesting and challenging questions.

The Friday Bell.

We’ve been lucky enough to have a range of inspiring guest speakers come to Keko. So far, award-winning directors, charities and TV presenters have rung the Keko Friday Bell and left us seeing the world anew.

Soho.

Right in the middle of London, Soho is a vibrant place of cultural convergence and quite simply one of the most diverse and interesting places to work. We love it here.

Keko Kares.

We started our charity initiative, ‘Keko Kares’, as a chance to give something back and gain some perspective. The charities we sponsor are chosen by the team, and mean a lot to us.
